Ordered a fur hat from FHW NOV22,2023,they charged my account $189.95,they sent me an email,stating they wanted a copy of my credit card statement,showing where my credit card paid for the hat,I refused to do that&told FHW to cancel my order,Nov 27,2023,the lady said 3 business days for refund,it is now Nov 5th,&still no refund,,my credit card told me to wait until Friday Nov 7th,&will conclude refund then,I have since tried to contact FHW three times,only to b put on hold,,,so if u want a fur hat don't deal with FHW,all they want is your money
