I recently ordered two hats from this company. My order was shipped to one of my old address which is located in another city. I had already updated my account with them with my current address several years ago when I moved. I sent several emails to their customer service email address but, never received a reply. I contacted their customer service department by telephone twice. The customer service persons I spoke with both times gives the old expression as dumb as a bag of rocks new meaning. A bag of rocks are Einstein compared to their customer service persons. I asked to speak with a supervisor only to be informed their supervisors do not take telephone calls. My order is now in route to an old address. Since the package was shipped thru Canadian Post there is not much I can do to have it rerouted since it is being shipped to the wrong zip code. Please never do business with this company they are the absolute worst company to work with. To label them a total scam is being kind.
