I wasn't able to complete the assembly and never got to use the item. I reached out to customer support for replacement parts. Even though it was just a couple of small pieces, they declined to assist and merely referred me to their 1-year warranty. The company claims to be sustainable, yet they are okay with a potentially functional product turning into waste because of these parts. Now, I'm returning the item, which only adds to unnecessary waste. This situation contradicts their sustainability promises and highlights poor material quality and customer service. I would highly advise against purchasing from this company.
