Disappointing experience with a TV stand purchase

I bought a TV stand from this company, and during the initial assembly, two small plastic components broke due to subpar materials. I wasn't able to complete the assembly and never got to use the item. I reached out to customer support for replacement parts. Even though it was just a couple of small pieces, they declined to assist and merely referred me to their 1-year warranty. The company claims to be sustainable, yet they are okay with a potentially functional product turning into waste because of these parts. Now, I'm returning the item, which only adds to unnecessary waste. This situation contradicts their sustainability promises and highlights poor material quality and customer service. I would highly advise against purchasing from this company.

Avoid purchasing from this seller

Avoid purchasing from this seller. They do not support their product when parts are missing. I reached out for the missing hardware needed to assemble a bookcase I bought elsewhere, and they refused to assist. It’s absurd! How do they expect me to assemble it without the necessary parts? Extremely poor customer service! I will return this item and never buy from them again. If you want to receive everything you pay for, shop with a different seller who cares.

Received a bookcase with missing components

I purchased a bookcase that arrived without parts. When I contacted customer service, they asked for excessive information, including proof of purchase, lot number, model number, and purchase date. I provided everything, but their response was just a link to fill out more unnecessary information. I will never buy from them again! I never received the part!

Terrible customer service experience

I would rate this experience zero stars. My partner gifted me a bookcase, and when I finally assembled it, I found one shelf, the bottom kick plate, and half the hardware missing. I contacted customer service, and they refused to send anything. Even though the bookcase is still available, I had waited past their warranty period. I didn't ask for a return; I just wanted what I paid for so I could use the bookcase. Very disappointing!

Selling furniture but not supporting customers

This company sells furniture through a major platform, but neither the company nor the platform is providing replacements for missing parts. They are shifting responsibility back and forth. They claim to ship parts to 48 US states, so why are they selling in the UK if they can't support those customers? They should be banned in the UK.

Unsatisfactory customer service

I emailed customer service about a missing threaded support. They claimed it didn't meet their warranty criteria. I was willing to pay for the part and shipping, but received no response. It's unbelievable that I can't even purchase a missing part. I won't be buying from this brand again.

Request for service successfully addressed

We purchased two armchairs through a major platform, and one chair had a defect at the connection to the backrest that couldn't be fixed. I emailed customer service with a description and photo of the defective chair. To my surprise, I received a box with the replacement parts needed to fix the chair. I'm very pleased that my request was fulfilled.
