Bought first purchase from Furla in earky January. Charge processed immediately and bag posted 7 days later by express post. UPS messed up as usual and by the 20 January finally started an investigation to find out where the bag was. When I reached out to Furla for help they were so snotty and dismissive I was shocked. Told me to wait 10 days for UPS to investigate. No offer to help. Was so upset at the total lack of empathy. Finally 22 days after paying for the bag it magically arrived. Box really beaten up as goodness knows where it had been. To make matter worse 5 days later Furla just emailed to say they had received confirmation the parcel had arrived. No apology nothing. Just a simple sorry for the delay would have been nice. Don’t buy from them on line. It’s just not worth the grief. They don’t understand customer service and could give a damn for your business.
