No bag and Furla refuses refund or sending a new product

I ordered a bag with Furla on the 30th of December that was supposed to be delivered on the 5th of January. Someone rang my doorbell, the bag was not delivered and I received a message that I could pick it up at a UPS service point. I drove there twice and both times it said the shop was temporarily closed. I tried to schedule a new pickup point and nothing happened. I called UPS 3 times after the 3rd time I was getting a response finally, which was they were trying to reach the shop where they had delivered the bag. This could take MINIMALLY 2 days. I asked Furla to take care of the problem between them and UPS and either send me a new bag or give me a refund. They said they would refund the money within 10 days of receiving the package back. The customer service agent also kept repeating I did not pick up the bag on time. I think this is pretty much the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I got the Domus bag S in green

I got the Domus bag S in green. The quality of this bag is amazing! The green is much deeper than the picture would indicate online. I thought there was a magnetic latch closure but the gold “ball” is weighty and keeps the flap closed easily without the hassle of a magnet that tends to scratch the metal over time. This is a stunning bag with a soft leather and a lovely suede inner flap. The inside pockets fit both my iPhone pro max and my wallet.Just perfect! Fine Italian craftsmanship…I highly recommend.

Furla stole my money, refuses to refund

I am having a terrible experience with Furla. I ordered a purse which was marked off 50% for their Winter Sale. The promotion was not applied to the purchase, so I was charged full price. I have repeatedly reached out to their customer service for the refund. When they finally responded, they said they could give me store credit for the difference. When I refused and requested again that they return the difference, they said they'd need a letter from my bank! Outrageous. They are not entitled to overcharge for an item and then keep my money. False advertising and terrible customer service. I'm still awaiting a refund. This should have been handled in a single day.

I was concerned that I had ordered a wallet from the US Furla website and hadn't received an emailconfirmation. I reached out to Furla and they got rightback to me and asked for additional info. Lo and behold I received some tracking info from UPS sayingmy wallet was on the way. I notified Furla of this andall is well, wallet arrived and is beautiful. I had read some very negative reviews of Furla and their poor customer service but I found just the opposite to be true. They were great!
