I bought a purse a month ago because it was on "sale" almost 200 after 50% plus 25%. I thought it was a renowned brand. I received my purse after 2 weeks and a half... I used it for maybe 3 times when I realized the back part is getting other color... seems like is peeling off with the contact with the clothes. So I tell them about it and they asked me to send pictures and what happened to customer service after 10 days they reply to me saying that there is NOTHING they can do because I exposed it to heat or chemicals!!!!DO NOT waste your money buying their poor quality products it is not worth it!!!!
