I rented furniture worth INR 50,000, and trust me, despite the fact that the Furlenco support team, who are at least for customer service, chose to put blinds on and not listen to my plea. They have given me a torn sofa. Upon query, they are stubborn by saying, "It's a minor tear; henceforth, we won't be refunding your money, giving you a concession, or replacing the item." Basically, as a customer, you're now helpless, vulnerable and guilty of trusting Furlenco.I would like to mention some of the names of the customer representatives who were incompetent and reckless enough to provide me with a viable solution. My ticket number is 698914248527Bipul Paul, Amreen Fathima, and Santosh they came up with a lame excuse that it was a minor tear, and I have to bear with it. I am raising this to Indian public grievance portal. Companies as such Furlenco get away with it and I will try my best to atleast spread the word and make people aware of their misdeeds.
