IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD.I have taken a Furlenco UNLMTD subscription towards the end of September, 2023. After two uninformed delivery that they attempted and I cancelled, and lots of attempts to reach customer care and getting no help at all, the furniture arrived.Two days after which, we swapped out a bunch of items as the subscription allows us to. During the time of delivery for the swapped furniture, their delivery executives asked us for 1500 rupees to carry it into the house. We refused to pay so they took away the furniture. A second delivery was attempted. All our furniture was delivered after innumerable and useless calls to the customer care.Two weeks into living with Furlenco's furniture, we start noticing bugs in the night. Eventually we realized the bed cots have bed bugs in them. Now my entire house in infested with bed bugs that feed on blood and multiply at a high rate. Replacing the cots are of no help as they've spread everywhere and their customer care is still of no help at all. They need to come and sanitize my house and make sure the bugs are dead. It has been a nightmare of an experience with furlenco and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone.
