Extremely disappointed - the website indicated a delivery time of 7-21 working days. After 21 days, there was no communication except for the repeated statement about the 21 working days. Additionally, the social media page removes negative comments regarding delivery issues and fails to respond to inquiries, only thanking customers for their patience. There’s no assurance it will arrive for Christmas, as others who ordered earlier are still waiting. Significant improvement in communication is required, and if timely order fulfillment isn't possible, orders should not be accepted. These delays are unacceptable, especially considering a response from a review platform claimed delivery times were back to normal! I did manage to obtain a refund, which is a positive aspect.
