The slippers are truly magnificent—very comfortable and perfectly fitted, making the two-month wait worthwhile. However, the communication with the support team is quite lacking, which is frustrating and needs improvement.

After 21 days, I received ZERO communication apart from the repeated statement about the 21 working days. Furthermore, the social media page removes negative or critical feedback about delivery issues and only responds with generic gratitude for patience. There is no assurance that the order will arrive in time for the holiday, especially since others who ordered earlier are still waiting. The company needs to improve communication significantly; if you can't fulfill orders on time, you shouldn't accept them. These delays are unacceptable, especially after you claimed delivery times were back to normal in a recent response. On a positive note, I was able to receive a refund, which is appreciated.

My experience suggests they are dropshipping retailers, taking orders at inflated prices, sourcing from overseas, and then shipping.
