Five weeks after placing an order for three pairs of slippers, I inquired about my order status. I received a standard reply stating it takes 21 days to produce, etc. I spent over $400 and was promised a free gift of three items, but one pair looked significantly different from the picture, including a different color. After sending another email, I was simply told I could return them for a refund, likely at my own shipping cost. My daughter dislikes the pair intended for her and refuses to wear them. The customer service responses have been very disappointing, and I noticed that reviews on their website have been removed. This company needs to improve its customer service and be transparent about delivery times - why does it take at least 21 days to make a pair of slippers? I am very unhappy and will not purchase from them again.
