The layout of our home makes it quite difficult to manoeuvre furniture around since we have narrow corridors. Getting my clients chair to his room proved quite difficult but Ian never gave up and was happy to keep trying. We tried several options which took a while but Ian persisted and kept going until we got the chair to the correct room. Ian helped picked the ideal spot for the chair, removed the packaging and took it away which was very helpful to us. Ian was friendly, helpful and had a minute for a good conversation.
