The layout of our home makes it quite difficult to manoeuvre furniture around since we have narrow corridors.
Getting my clients chair to his room proved quite difficult but Ian never gave up and was happy to keep trying. We tried several options which took a while but Ian persisted and kept going until we got the chair to the correct room. Ian helped picked the ideal spot for the chair, removed the packaging and took it away which was very helpful to us. Ian was friendly, helpful and had a minute for a good conversation. Great customer service from a really nice guy

We have been using Furncare for the last few years to supply furniture in our care home. The quality is very good and the service is excellent, competitive prices and quick delivery. Jayson who did our recent delivery was very efficient, friendly and helpful.
The delivery people, Tomasz, Mick, Bogusz and Eryk were very accommadating to the structure of the building, and although they wont able to okace one item in the room required they did try there hardest, trying for at least two hour, very pleasant to talk to. Thankyou guys
