The customer service I encountered was among the worst I've experienced. I set up an account last year but found no value in it, disabled my listing after a month, and logged out, not returning to the platform since. A year later, unexpectedly, they charged my credit card for auto-renewal. I contacted customer service right away, explaining that I hadn’t used their service in almost a year, had no intention of renewing, and was unaware of any automatic billing. After over an hour on the phone with a representative, I received only rehearsed excuses about why the charge was deemed 'non-refundable.' There was no accountability or willingness to assist—just a refusal to help. Their conduct is very disappointing and frankly unacceptable. Exercise caution with this company—they show a clear disregard for their customers and will charge you without warning.
