I fully paid for two sofas, but the business unexpectedly closed before the delivery date. There was no prior notice or refund offered. I only found out through their now-deleted website. Fortunately, I received a complete refund through the payment service. The two weeks of waiting were stressful, as I feared I might lose my money. I understand businesses can shut down, but a call would have been considerate!
