Full Payment, Unexpected Business Closure

I paid in full for two sofas, but the business unexpectedly closed before the scheduled delivery date. There was no communication regarding their closure, and no refund was offered. I discovered this through their website, which has since been removed. Thankfully, I received a full refund through the payment service. The two weeks of uncertainty were quite stressful, as I worried about losing my money. While I understand that businesses can close, a phone call would have been appreciated!

Business Closure Before Delivery

I fully paid for two sofas, but the business unexpectedly closed before the delivery date. There was no prior notice or refund offered. I only found out through their now-deleted website. Fortunately, I received a complete refund through the payment service. The two weeks of waiting were stressful, as I feared I might lose my money. Steer Clear of This Seller

I ordered an item that was listed as in stock, but when I inquired about delivery, I was told I needed to wait four weeks for it to come into stock, plus an additional two weeks for delivery. I decided to wait, but after four weeks, I was told it was in stock and would receive a delivery date. However, no notification came, and when I followed up, I was informed they couldn't fulfill my order and asked for my bank details for a refund. After providing my details, I received no further communication. Luckily, I paid through a payment service and have filed a case for a refund. The seller has not responded, so I'm still waiting. AVOID this seller!

Delivery Communication Issues

The communication was lacking. The delivery time was excessively long, initially stated as up to three months but took five months, requiring constant follow-ups. Payment was taken right away, meaning the company held my money for five months. The sofa eventually arrived well-packaged.

Solid Pine Double Wardrobe

The wardrobe is very well made. However, it took four hours to assemble, and it would have been much easier if the wooden pieces had been numbered as indicated in the instructions. An electric screwdriver is necessary rather than a manual one. Once assembled, it looks great and is sturdy.

Reliable and Competitive Company

I usually hesitate with companies whose websites end in .net instead of .com or .co.uk. However, this genuine business had clear contact details. They responded quickly to my emails and calls. When I ordered my bed, they were proactive about possible color variations and provided additional images before proceeding. Although this delayed my order by a few days, it still arrived within three weeks. The company coordinated well with the courier, who provided excellent service, and delivery was included in the price. I found the same bed for £80-90 more elsewhere. Overall, I am very pleased with my new bed and the service received.
