1. Very poor lead time and stock communication. The item was listed as in stock, but after waiting over a week without updates, I received an email about it coming back into stock, which was misleading. If I had known it wasn't available, I wouldn't have purchased. 2. Instructions were poorly organized and lacked clarity, making assembly difficult. 3. The cupboard doors cannot be aligned properly despite correct installation. For the price, this should not be an issue. 4. Damaged panels and poor material quality were evident upon arrival. The product did not match the quality advertised.
