After reviewing feedback on a trusted platform and confirming the credibility of the company to avoid potential scams (which have become quite common), I chose to purchase the over-the-bed unit. I arranged for a handyman to install it, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The only minor issue is that I opted for the darker grey color, which has made my room appear a bit dimmer than before, but that's on me. I'm planning to brighten up the space with new curtains and a lighter bulb. I truly adore the transformation of my room and would certainly recommend the company and the unit. The order was delivered on schedule, and the delivery team was exceptionally considerate, respectful, and friendly.

I also purchased a bed, which is decent, but I later discovered that the 'standard' double bed measurements listed were longer than any other double bed I've encountered, so be cautious with their sizing. I would recommend steering clear of this company. It's clear they prioritize profits over customer care, as they don't even permit negative reviews on their site, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customers.

I'm really happy with the shoe cabinet overall. It took almost two weeks to arrive, which was fine since it was clearly stated during order. My partner assembled it without major issues, except for one broken screw in the package, which the company offered to replace. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the instructions could be clearer; a review for simplicity is needed. Overall, very pleased with the cabinet and the handy mirror on the front.
The delivery person was quite rude and unprofessional. He left my items in the lift and refused to bring them to my flat despite my explanation of my situation. As a single parent, I couldn't move the heavy items alone, but thankfully, other delivery staff in my building helped me. I am very grateful to them. This experience with the delivery driver left me feeling anxious and disappointed. I sincerely hope the company addresses this issue, as I will not be purchasing from them again.
1. Very poor lead time and stock communication. The item was listed as in stock, but after waiting over a week without updates, I received an email about it coming back into stock, which was misleading. If I had known it wasn't available, I wouldn't have purchased. 2. Instructions were poorly organized and lacked clarity, making assembly difficult. 3. The cupboard doors cannot be aligned properly despite correct installation. For the price, this should not be an issue. 4. Damaged panels and poor material quality were evident upon arrival. The product did not match the quality advertised.
