I ordered an overbed unit from this company and deeply regret it. It feels unsafe to sleep under! The two wardrobe units on each side of the central shelf do not align properly, leaving a noticeable gap at the top, and I genuinely fear the middle section could collapse. The assembly instructions were challenging to follow, even for someone experienced in putting together furniture, and all the screws and bolts were jumbled in a single bag. The delivery was significantly delayed beyond the estimated time, and I had to reach out multiple times for updates. The website showcases only positive reviews for the overbed unit, likely because it doesn't allow negative feedback! I attempted to post my concerns without success. I also purchased a bed, which is decent, but I later discovered that the 'standard' double bed measurements listed were longer than any other double bed I've encountered, so be cautious with their sizing. I would recommend steering clear of this company. It's clear they prioritize profits over customer care, as they don't even permit negative reviews on their site, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customers.
