We bought a modular couch set, which was quite expensive for my daughter. It seems they thought they could switch the furniture since we weren't present. My daughter and her husband noticed stains on the set when they went to check it after we approved the purchase, but they didn't think much of it. We went ahead with the purchase despite being pressured into buying a warranty, which we declined. When the furniture was picked up, it was well-wrapped in plastic, but they again pressured my son-in-law to buy the warranty, even threatening him that there would be no warranty once he left. He brought it home, only to find it was the stained furniture from the floor. They insisted it was my daughter's fault for the stains. After some back and forth, they agreed to send someone to clean it. However, when my daughter missed a call regarding the service, the representative claimed there was no scheduled service for her and she needed to speak to the manager. The manager later acknowledged the mix-up, but we felt misled. Save yourself the trouble and consider other options. If you decide to go with them, take pictures of everything you view for future reference, document everything, and insist they unwrap the furniture at the store if you're picking it up. Good luck with this service; they don't uphold their promises and refuse to show warranty paperwork prior to purchase. I can't speak to the after-sale service as I didn’t buy it.
