Disappointing Experience with Modular Couch Set

We bought a modular couch set, which was quite expensive for my daughter. It seems they thought they could switch the furniture since we weren't present. My daughter and her husband noticed stains on the set when they went to check it after we approved the purchase, but they didn't think much of it. We went ahead with the purchase despite being pressured into buying a warranty, which we declined. When the furniture was picked up, it was well-wrapped in plastic, but they again pressured my son-in-law to buy the warranty, even threatening him that there would be no warranty once he left. He brought it home, only to find it was the stained furniture from the floor. They insisted it was my daughter's fault for the stains. After some back and forth, they agreed to send someone to clean it. However, when my daughter missed a call regarding the service, the representative claimed there was no scheduled service for her and she needed to speak to the manager. The manager later acknowledged the mix-up, but we felt misled. Save yourself the trouble and consider other options. If you decide to go with them, take pictures of everything you view for future reference, document everything, and insist they unwrap the furniture at the store if you're picking it up. Good luck with this service; they don't uphold their promises and refuse to show warranty paperwork prior to purchase. I can't speak to the after-sale service as I didn’t buy it.

Customer Service Disaster

When we called to finalize the purchase, they pressured us to buy a warranty, which we declined. When they picked up the furniture, it was well-wrapped, but they pressured my son-in-law again about the warranty, even making threats about it being void after he left. He took it home only to find it was the stained furniture. They insisted it was my daughter's fault for the stains. After some back and forth, they agreed to send someone for cleaning. However, when the technician missed the call, they claimed no service was scheduled. After more confusion, they admitted they were looking at the wrong paperwork. I feel completely let down by their service, and I urge others to take photos of everything and document thoroughly if they choose to deal with them.

Terrible Customer Support

I purchased new living room furniture less than a year ago. A leg broke off the oversized chair due to poor quality materials. Although I filed a warranty claim months ago, reaching someone to assist was a nightmare. I waited six weeks for a repairman, who had the wrong part. After being told I would receive updates, I heard nothing. When I called the store, I was told to expect a call back, but again, nothing happened. It's frustrating that they keep postponing my claim, and I definitely won't be returning as a customer.

Frustrating Experience with a Sectional Purchase

I bought a sectional on October 5, 2024. Upon delivery, the technician informed me that one cushion was damaged, promising a repair or replacement. For months, the company kept canceling my appointments, citing technician hospitalizations. On January 3rd, I was supposed to receive the replacement, but they canceled again. After insisting someone come to fix this ongoing issue, the representative suggested I drive to their factory to pick it up myself. I was shocked. I ended up driving 45 minutes to collect a new cushion myself, which is unacceptable. This company has wasted my time and failed to rectify their mistakes satisfactorily.

Zero Customer Satisfaction

I would rate my experience as zero. The manager and saleswoman were only interested in making a sale. When I requested an exchange, the saleswoman falsely claimed she informed me of a three-day exchange policy. She never mentioned it and only cared about the sale. When I threatened to contact corporate, her sarcastic response was unhelpful. I strongly advise avoiding this store.

Disappointing Furniture Experience

In December 2023, I ordered a sofa and chair. The salesman lacked knowledge about furniture and made errors on my order. I was supposed to receive a cash discount, but only got it on one item. A couple of months later, I developed allergic reactions to the fabric. The sofa was uncomfortable and poorly constructed, leading to dissatisfaction. Delivery was also problematic, with an aggressive delivery person. Attempts to resolve issues through the manufacturer were met with frustration. I wish I could dispose of this furniture, but I'm struggling to find a way. Additionally, my negative review was edited to falsely reflect satisfaction, which raises concerns.

Top-notch Furniture Experience

After searching for dressers everywhere, I was pleasantly surprised to find the best quality ones at this store. The set we chose is solid wood with traditional craftsmanship. In a market filled with low-quality materials, it was refreshing to see such quality. Although one piece was out of stock and delivery faced some delays, the store handled communication and resolutions professionally.
