Very poor, not sure the company even exists! Paid for a garden sofa got order confirmation and that was the last thing I heard for 14 days, contacted they so many time with no reply no shipping updates….. got bank involved all of a sudden got email saying order was cancelled due to insufficient stock (even though they are still selling it!) should have read the reviews….
