Review Time
Very bad, we have placed an order on February 24, still not a single update. Chat never responds, phone number doesn’t ring. Emails unanswered. Will be filing legal complaints.
Placed an order with them last week for 2 grey solar lights. Said delivery between 2nd and 5th February but I have not even had a dispatched email. Have emailed and messaged on Facebook but had no reply, tried calling but the phone line doesn’t work. After seeing all these reviews I am now worried I won’t receive the lights and how I go about getting a refund as I can’t even call them:
Placed a order aftrr seeing item in stock, had email comfirming order, emailed asking for delivery date, no response. Few days later asked the question through sites messenger service, 2 hrs later i get a email saying order cancelled, refund provided. No explination given, customer service is no existant, very poor run business, extreamlly poor comunication. Avoid this company unless you want to waste your own time
Obviously a fake site. Ordered on the 16th December and other than an initial confirmation email there has been no contact from them. Used the on site customer service messenger and the site said there would be an email sent when it had been read. Still nothing and no furniture. No contact methods they supply are useable yet they have taken the money. Stay clear!
A shame you can't put minus star my fault I should have read reviews but I didn't stay away from this company you buy things within 1 min you get confirmation email .looks great then you hear nothing no date of delivery no updates so you email them .... Nothing no reply . So you call the mobile number on the web page oh guess what invalid number so.in my opinion its a scam this is not a legit company a legit company would respond and put a proper contact number on there luckily for me the payment was still pending and my bank stopped it and changed my card I hate people like these they will reply to this with a generated bull**** excuse but the truth is they can't be trusted and just scammers so beware and stay away
Shocking please avoid got a time frame on the site before I ordered, once ordered I got a email 2 days later saying confirmed and I haven’t heard nothing else on when it will arrive and it’s gone past the delivery date by 3 days I’ve tried emailing 4 times tried ringing but phone number doesn’t work absolute joke
