I order the litter box on January 2, 2026. They were quick to charge me for box. Promised delivery in 7 days. Never heard back from them until I disputed charge on my CC. They emailed and said box would be send in two weeks. Got notice on 2/13 label created, item still does not show as shipped.The company is a total SCAM, DO NOT ODER FROM THEM!!DO NOT order from this company. They now have created a label for my shipment over two weeks ago mid February and my item has not shipped. Trust Pilot is letting them post false responses to reviews as the company does not answer the phone listed or emails.
