I paid a ridiculous amount of money for the litter liners bc I wanted them to fit the litter box. They added $10 for shipping, so at this point I was into almost $50 for a small box of cat litter bags. But I needed them, fast, and wrongly assumed I'd receive the box pretty quickly since I'd been gauged for the postage. Weeks later, after multiple emails from me asking for updates, the very expensive bags had not even shipped. I threatened to report them to the BBB and others and finally got a response. They say they're going to eventually refund the money. I'll keep checking until they do. Felt very shammy.
