I placed an order on Feb. 15th and despite their clearly stated shipping policy (typically ship within 2 days, delivery expected between 3-7 days), as of the 27th I have not only not received my order but a tracking number hasn't even been created. I reached out to their support email on the 22nd and again on the 26th. The only contact they've made with me after the confirmation email was in response to my email on the 22nd and that was just to tell me to be "patient and wait."
I tried calling their support number and no one picked up. There was no recording to let me know I'd called the correct business and when I was told to leave a message, I was immediately told their mailbox was full.
This is becoming unacceptable and if it's not resolved I'm going to have to do a charge back on my credit card. I see reviews that seem real of people who had positive experiences ordering from Furrbby but the company's heavy use of AI generated images makes me question the authenticity of these positive reviews. I see other people who also feel like they've been scammed. I hope posting this review somehow gets their attention and my order gets fulfilled because contacting them through email and phone hasn't helped.
