Even though I measured 2 times and confirmed the measurements the 3 in 1 jacket arrived too small. Not to mention it took 2.5 weeks to arrive I was not able to track the package. After receiving it and trying to hear back from the company for instruction how to return it and refund me. Like their website states money back guarantee. Takes days to hear back and they give me lip service with coupons to repurchase. I’m so disappointed with this lame unprofessional company. I’m not giving up until this issue is resolved.
