Even though i didn't look at all the needed measurements, the company offered to refund me forbthebtpo-small jacket. However I had already reordered by then in hopes it would fit. Regardless of thebsize issue everyone was spot-on when it came to helping me. Ended up keeping all three!
Ordered a jacket for our cavapoo puppy and chose a medium to be on the safe side, but it arrived far too small. I wasn’t able to get a full refund, as they only offer partial refunds, and they also wanted to charge an additional £6 for delivery if I wanted a replacement size. Overall, a disappointing experience — I wouldn’t order from them again.
The delivery took a very long time, and when it finally arrived, it was too small for my dog. I attempted to reach out to the company, but they seem unresponsive. It's interesting to note that this company appears to be linked to a group of others with similar names and mixed reviews, one of which was dissolved recently. I’m starting to think this might just be an unreliable drop shipping operation that relies on social media advertising. I would recommend avoiding them.
Our initial jacket harness had a minor issue. The customer support team was excellent and promptly provided a replacement. The jacket is incredibly cozy and keeps our dog warm during chilly walks. The harness connects securely to our leash—nice and snug! We truly enjoy this product!
The rain vests I purchased for my two dogs fit them perfectly. They feel very warm and will be great for our morning walks when temperatures drop into the 30s. Living in the Pacific Northwest by the coast, the ocean breeze can be quite cold and damp. My only issue was the delivery wait time, which was rather lengthy, but it seems to be worth it. You won't regret this purchase.
It's been over a month since I placed an order for three vests. I've reached out to the support team several times, only to receive vague replies stating they are unaware of the delivery date. It seems like they have no concern for whether I will ever receive my order. I suspect this company might be a scam.
The dogs and I are thrilled with their new coats! They are incredibly easy to put on. The dogs actually prefer these coats over the harnesses they used for walks. Recently, we tried them out at night during a rainstorm. They stayed much drier, and the reflective material helped keep them visible. Highly recommend!
I just got my order for another fleece harness jacket for my dog. It's incredibly easy to put on, and I really appreciate the harness feature. The zipper functions perfectly, allowing for quick on and off. The quality of the material is excellent, and the price is quite reasonable.
