The coats themselves are nearly fabulous. They just have one fundamental design flaw because there is no fastener at the top of the zip in the neck. As a consequence the zipper continuously works loose - every few minutes I have to pull it back up so it’s just not practical and dangerous because of fur getting trapped. Perhaps would be ok if very sedate dog walking, but for a typical high energy dog, no chance! What is most frustrating (hence the one star) is that I tried to add this to the review comments on Facebook to help people, but the company must filter out undesirable ones - this is the only reason for my one star - it makes you feel the company is not honest. Real shame as with a minor design tweek it could be a lovely coat. Quality is great. In fact, I’ve done some sewing myself to try and make use of it because it was so nice and managed to add a hook and button and it works fine now - it wouldn’t take much for those with the skills to modify the design !!
