Misleading Returns Policy and Appalling Customer Service:Do not buy from Furking. Their advertised returns policy claims you can return items within 14 days if they are “new and unused,” but in practice they will refuse any return once the vacuum seal is broken, even if the product is completely unused, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging.Their excuses about items being “unsellable” or sizing issues are absurd—dog beds and similar products are routinely sold in stores without packaging concerns.Communication from the company is dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. They clearly hope customers will give up rather than insist on their legal rights. This is misleading, unfair, and shows shocking customer service. I will be reporting them to the ACCC and strongly advise others to stay away. I dealt with Tom Sadler, and his refusal to accept a return, coupled with dismissive and unhelpful responses, demonstrates poor customer service and questionable business practices. By refusing this return, Fur King does not even follow their own published policy and are adding conditions after the sale. Under Australian Consumer Law, this conduct is misleading and unlawful. Buyer beware! This guy is doggy!
