My dog is an unusual size, and I thought I had measured him correctly, but the tape measure was cheap and inaccurate, so I was somewhat out. The coat did not fit, but I remeasured him with a better measure. I was prepared to order another because the fault was mine, not Furry Kings. I did ask about the possibility of a refund, but the customer service person Tatiana was brilliant and worked with me to resolve the situation. THe upshot was, that she only charged me an additional $15 for postage, sent me another that would fit ( It does) and that arrived today. She told me not to bother returning the smaller coat so I gave that to someone who had a much smaller dog and was not wealthy. I am so appreciative, and such service and response is rare.
