I ordered a 3XL for my cross spaniel/yorkie (14k) based on size info on website. It was way too small. Also the backing fabric to the zip kept getting caught and jamming the zip, so really difficult to do up.So wanted to send back for a refund as per 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. Was told I would have to pay another 10 dollars to get an exchange. They ignored my requests for a refund so I wasn't going to throw further money at it. Also worried that they sent a 'subscription' email so keeping a close eye that they don't take further money off me. Avoid and go to the local petshop.
