It use to be a great brand, I bought many thing from them, but can’t really tell what happen to them now. I have ordered a suit, blazer and overcoat around 2000£ of goods. 4 weeks And still haven’t got my parcel. Now try and call them, they hang up on you, I’ve been trying contacting them via phone to understand where is my parcel but no way. Try via email that’s the 3rd email with no answer.It is a shame that a brand who portray itself as a luxury brand act like a cheap one.If you are reading this know that will be my last purchase from you, I just hope I will get my parcel.But for advise, don’t bother buying from them, look at the reviews, you are paying fortune for someone that u might never get.
