I used to enjoy shopping at their boutique, so I felt confident ordering online. Unfortunately, the online customer service is bad. They do not respond to emails.
I tried calling their customer service line (+33 (0) 1 400 797 44), but it’s just an automatic message instructing you to send an email to their serviceclient email address — which they do not respond to.

Ridiculous online service. I ordered 15 days ago, i received nothing. I contacted them and I was told that my ordered delivered in the delivery spot and that I could pick it up from there although I didn’t receive any information about it. Of course, it was impossible to get my packet without any information. I returned back home with empty hands. I re-emailed Fursac and I was told that my order returned back and they will re-deliver it. LoL. Sorry I don’t have time and that’s why I buy online, to save time but here they are wasting my time and I can’t follow up with Fursac’s inefficiencies
I am quite surprised with the opinions from other users here. I discovered Fursac last year, and since then, I have been buying a variety of items: Leather jackets, Varsity jackets, suede jackets long sleeve polos and Shirts. (But...always on sale) or on 2nd hand websites Second hand store -VestiaireCollectiveThis is not a luxury brand, more like a "entry level" luxury, sometimes quite overpriced but nobody can deny that they have a unique sense of creativity. Most of their essential pieces offer a chic, distinct and timeless design that easily competes with end luxury brands. Recently, I have been at least three times asked by random people what was the brand I was wearing (it had never happened to me before). In terms of Material when they decide to mix, at least it is with polyamide (which among all synthetics is the best one) Even their pieces that look a bit sportier, this is not streetwear and It takes a bit of time to know how to combine and fashion their pieces. French design tend to have a more "slim and elegant cut" - but I always have the impression that the jackets could be "just" a little longer on the bottom even though it is a gentleman code that leather / suede jackets should hit the hip no longer than that. but maybe 2 cm more would not hurt. What like least in this brand: Yes, the sizes on the website are clearly wrong, and I say this by my own experience. But its also the same with many other high end luxury websites like Mytheresa etc so I do not judge them. For the mid range products, I am not quite sure if the confection its subject to a meticulous quality control: I tried a wool jacket and the Sleeves were super thick in comparison with the rest of the jacket and when worn It fitted very different from the model in the picture (on every single aspect). In my case, it´s always good to have a friend that its a high-end tailor so I can always bother him when I want a perfect fit. -The package -Ok something I bought in sale, but they come without any protection. I mean, for wool pieces mixed with other pieces in cotton, not even a plastic bag just packed all together it is a big no in my opinion. For the returns they charge 10 euros, but I guess it is not the end of the world. never had any problem with refund / return. quite fast. For those of you buying Suits: sorry but you need to try it out in person first. forget about, could be Fursac or any other brand.Overall, of course somethings could be better, but I rate this brand 5 stars and I will keep ordering from them - It is on my top tier list.
I had ordered two shirts of the same size. When they arrived, I tried them on, and one was the correct size, the other one was by far smaller. The size guide on the website showed exactly the same measurements for both shirts. When returning the One a shirt that is too small, they want to deduct €10 returning fee and some other €10 that was never explained to me. So for the €70 shirt my refund should have been only €50.After contacting customer service both by email and phone, I figured that the phone service was not available at the times given on their websiteI expected to send a small shirt back at no cost for me. Unfortunately, this has not happened. The customer is held liable for an error in sizing and an error in communicating, correct measurements on their website This is ridiculous
DON'T EVER BUY A SUIT HERE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES! I paid over 1000 Euros for a nice suit for an upcoming wedding. When I picked up the suit the pants were 7.5 cm too short. The associate told me that I needed to contact the corporate headquarters for a remedy. The Corporate Headquarters simply sent me e-mails stating that they had no record of the problem and so they would do nothing. I have a 1000 Euro suit that I CAN'T WEAR! I am currently filing a legal claim against De Fursac to try and recouperate my lost money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES! I still receive e-mails from nameless corporate reps who tell me there company has exceptional customer service - so obviously the pants cut for wading in shallow water are obviously a result of my own error. It is truly misery to do business with company's that are a brilliant mix of arrogance and ignorance! The Latest-
I recently purchased a jacket from Fursac, and my experience has left me both disappointed and frustrated. Upon trying the jacket the next day, I discovered the zipper was broken—a basic functionality issue that one would not expect from a brand positioning itself as “luxury.” Naturally, I returned to the store to address the problem, expecting a straightforward resolution. Instead, I encountered a rigid policy that refused cash refunds, offering only store credit or a replacement. While this policy may align with their internal rules, it showed a complete lack of flexibility or consideration for individual circumstances.I reluctantly accepted a replacement jacket, but even the new one had a problematic zipper. Though functional, it was far from smooth or reliable, making it inconvenient to use—something that should never be an issue with a high-end product. When I expressed my concerns, including the fact that I was returning to my home country where Fursac does not operate, the staff dismissed my perspective, insisting that the zipper “should work” and that they had never received similar complaints. This response felt dismissive, as they seemed more interested in defending their brand than acknowledging my legitimate concerns as a customer. What’s most frustrating is that luxury brands are expected to deliver exceptional quality and customer service. Instead, I was met with subpar product design and an inflexible, unempathetic approach to problem resolution. While policies are necessary, a truly premium brand should be willing to address individual situations with nuance and care. Sadly, Fursac failed on both fronts.I cannot recommend buying from Fursac, particularly if quality and service are important to you. A brand that cannot even ensure a basic function like a working zipper—and refuses to meaningfully address customer concerns—is not one that deserves the label of luxury.
Ordered a $1200 leather jacket and it arrived defective. I’ve been in touch with support and they provided no help. It’s been a complete waste of time and money. Ps. 2 weeks after purchase the item was put on sale at 30%!! Avoid this so called luxury brand!!
I purchased a Mens leather sandal from Fursac online in the sale in February this year to wear this summer. I have worn them for two weeks on holiday, the leather binding has come un-glued on both sandals. These are very expensive shoes that are not fit for purpose. Such a sandal should be stitched and made to last more than a couple of weeks.I have complained to Fursac to be told and I quote" It does not appear to be a product defect, as these phenomena or deteriorations are the result of tension, as the product was purchased without any apparent defects. Despite your disappointment, in the absence of a pre-existing defect, we are unable to replace this item"The sandals are not fit for purpose, manufactured badly and possibly even dangerous to wear!. see images of both sandals coming unglued! I expect better from an expensive shoe than a 2 week wear! these are clearly not stress tested and badly made. The reply from customer services is beyond unsatisfactory and rather grabby from the brand!I also wonder why a summer item was in the pre summer sale! maybe for a reason.
After visiting the store in the UK which didn’t have the sweater I wanted to try I ordered on line. I ordered the shawl collar cardigan merino wool in navy. Everything turned out great. The size, quality and style are perfect. Very pleased either customer service. Larry
