I ordered some m22 rod and some other m22 components. They called me before they packed the order as the thread on the locking nuts I'd ordered were different to the rod and just wanted to check if that's what i wanted. When i explained that I'd made a mistake as i hadn't realised I'd done that, they corrected it at their end. Good service in my opinion.
