Absolutely a gem of a company, I recently ordered some bolts but forgot to order nuts to go with them. After emailing them asking if they had nuts for them they called me to ask exactly what did I want they are sending the nuts completely free, thank you so much FusionKind regards.
I ordered the incorrect items and when I called saying they had sent the wrong items. I was obviously corrected (due to measurements ) the young chap was very supportive, explained well and helped.My refund came promptly and I returned said items, reordered, receiving my items almost immediately……. Excellent service all round thank you
I found website on line...good range of fixings...the delivery was really quick...one was next day...brilliant...packaged brilliantly really impressed...great prices and quality of products...will be using again...as I now maintain play equipment on large scale..
