I had a very poor experience with this company.First, delivery took around 4 weeks, and then the parcel wasn’t delivered at all due to an incomplete address — something their own system failed to flag when I placed the order.After waiting another month with no resolution, I had to chase them myself for a refund. When I finally contacted them, their response was extremely unprofessional. For example, they told me:"But the point here is that no one need 'a point prompted to add a house or street number', I mean it's something logical when someone enter an address... It's something that can be together all day long."This response was not only poorly written but also dismissive and blaming. They insisted I should pay €8.90 for the failed delivery, even though their system allowed the order to go through without a complete address and they made no checks before dispatching.Only after I pushed back and pointed out that it is the seller’s responsibility to ensure correct delivery details did they finally agree to issue a full refund.It honestly felt like they were trying to charge me unfairly, and if I hadn’t challenged it, I would have lost money for something that wasn’t my fault.Very disappointing service, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of a simple issue.
