Terrible customer service.
I requested a refund and they kept offering me different deals, how about we refund part of your money and give you lifetime membership, etc etc.
I told them a lifetime membership in something that doesn't work isn't something I want.
Then they refunded my money, all of it finally.
Went back this morning and they removed the funds that were pending, so no refund.
Never could get the app to work
Same day I purchased this, so I never used the app.
I would not recommend this company.

Just trying to take advantage of the elderly, take your money and then tje app doesn't work they Keep your money.

Hello I just got the app and not sure for how long i can use it?I paid for 4 weeks program.Can i continue see the exercises after 4 weeks to repeat too?Its a bit too much information and suggestions.Please reply to my review because its might be a pulse in my exercise sometimes.Please reply to meKind regards
Would give this a zero stars but not an option. Total crap. The videos are very poorly done, the voice instructions don’t seem to match the video demonstrations. Beyond that I tried to cancel in the app and it offer me the option to pause but not cancel. The comknat may say they do offer you the option to cancel the app won’t allow you to scroll down to do so. Feels like b itbia rigged that way making it hard to cancel. Pure money grab and very poor quality. Don’t buy this junk.
It’s a scam - on many levels.Trial period is not a trial - it goes into automatic renewal and money is deducted directly from your account without your approval.When complaining- they refer to something written with small text - not in the original trial offer.
