Completely unacceptable. Ordered a laundry basket that took ages to arrive, and when it did, it was damaged beyond repair. I reached out to the company immediately, and they arranged for a collection that was not completed as scheduled. After rescheduling, I was informed the delivery driver claimed no one was home, which was incorrect. Another collection was set up, but now I’m told no parcel was available for pickup. No tracking was provided for the collection, leaving me unable to monitor it. I am now seeking a full refund and waiting for a response. I’ve never ordered from this service before and will not again. This experience has been filled with failures from start to finish. If my refund is not processed, I will escalate this matter.
