We ordered an Ori Bench, all fine and easy to put together, could do with a little tidy up to the knots on the underside of the seat. The Oak Rounded Leaning Narrow Cabinet was also fine overall, though some points I'd consider are whether the cupboard top could be made wide enough to touch the wall with a cut out for lamp cables ex-cetera, could the cupboard back be upgraded to the same quality of veneered ply as the shelves, our unit is going in a bathroom so I will paint the back to seal it. As a retired furniture maker these are comments for potential upgrades not criticisms. Overall we liked the products and will shop again.
Ordered a folding table. Only problem is that although it’s supposed to be solid oak, when you fold the top over, the veneer is a completely different colour. Not great
Beautiful ‘Oak Abbey Chest’ bedside tables! I’d been searching hard for something to fit a small space and these are perfect and super stylish. Delivery was fast and straight forward and their customer service team was fantastic. I’ll be shopping with them again.
Placing an order online was a breeze, and I was able to pick it up the following day. I'm very satisfied with the new mattress; although no one has used it yet since it's for the guest room, it appears to be quite comfortable—certainly an improvement over our previous one.

Completely unacceptable. Ordered a laundry basket that took ages to arrive, and when it did, it was damaged beyond repair. I reached out to the company immediately, and they arranged for a collection that was not completed as scheduled. After rescheduling, I was informed the delivery driver claimed no one was home, which was incorrect. Another collection was set up, but now I’m told no parcel was available for pickup. No tracking was provided for the collection, leaving me unable to monitor it. I am now seeking a full refund and waiting for a response. I’ve never ordered from this service before and will not again. This experience has been filled with failures from start to finish. If my refund is not processed, I will escalate this matter.
