Products not sealed.

Okay, so let's talk about the products not being sealed. That's what's making this site untrustworthy. The prices are quite big but the quality, as they describe it, seems good. I see many bad reviews regarding futunatura, which gives this site a black shade and for good reasons. I do not recommend.

Containers not sealed and open and close freely

I ordered a bottle of MCT, which was ok and 2 bottles of castor oil and they were not sealed, can be open and closed freely. I am even not sure what there is inside because the smell is rather different from other castor oil brands I've been using

No delivery

Bought some products from Bulgarian site of Futunatura. Canceled the order after more than1 month of no delivery, despite multiple messages saying it's on the way and unsuccessful delivery "attempts", while absolutely nobody contacted me (all info is provided, phone numbers, emails). Bad couriers or poor management, I do not know, but my experience is bad, bad, bad!
