This was my second experience with the service for a fertility loan. The first experience was smooth with no complaints. Unfortunately, this time has been a major letdown. I was approved easily, but everything went downhill afterward. I received instructions for fund disbursement to my clinic, and was advised to use a specific pharmacy for my medications, with part of my loan allocated for that. Despite following the instructions exactly, it took three weeks and numerous calls to finally get my funds. I had to ask my clinic to pause payments due to the delays. Each time I called, I was given excuses and little help, adding stress to an already difficult situation. My clinic assured me they were requesting the funds, but they were not received. Eventually, after being very persistent, I was informed that an email I needed to sign had 'not gone through.' I was never told I needed to sign anything else, which added to the confusion. Once I signed the resent email, my funds were disbursed five days later. However, when I called to order my medications, the pharmacy said they had received no funds. After contacting the service again, they refused to acknowledge their mistake regarding the pharmacy funds. They stated that since the funds were already disbursed to my clinic, there was nothing they could do, except suggest I take out another loan! Now, I have to pay for my medications out of pocket, which I can't afford. I am incredibly frustrated and will not use this service again. Instead of easing my fertility journey, they have only added confusion and stress. I recommend seeking a regular personal loan for more control over your funds.
