My system was installed in May 2024, and it remains faulty, costing me significantly to operate. There is clearly an issue, yet no assistance has been provided to rectify it or address the excessive electricity use. They caused flooding in my bathroom and blamed me, and now I’m left with a sagging ceiling and no insulation. It’s been eight months, and I've reported them to the relevant authorities. I wish I had kept my old system instead of dealing with this company.
