The installation team was excellent. HOWEVER, the technical support afterward is terrible. I reached out months ago about a leaking radiator, but no one has contacted me to set up a visit. The inverter for the solar panels I installed stopped working over a week ago, and despite my continuous calls for an engineer, no one has followed up to arrange a visit.
I experienced an issue on Friday night with the pressure and attempted to fix it myself, but also heard a strange noise. I reached out for help, and the representative went out of his way to assist me over the phone. Once he identified the problem, he came the next day to fix it. It was incredibly kind of him to help on his own time, and he truly exemplifies excellent customer service.
I had several improvements made to my home, including solar panels and insulation. The team was very professional, completing all work within a week. The representative who came out for the inspection was efficient and did a fantastic job. I'm very pleased—thank you!
If you encounter issues due to installer errors or omissions, file an official complaint. If they continue to give you the runaround, inform them that after 14 days of your complaint, you will escalate to the relevant certification body. Without their accreditation, they won't be seen as competent, which could impact their revenue.
My system was installed in May 2024, and it remains faulty, costing me significantly to operate. There is clearly an issue, yet no assistance has been provided to rectify it or address the excessive electricity use. They caused flooding in my bathroom and blamed me, and now I’m left with a sagging ceiling and no insulation. It’s been eight months, and I've reported them to the relevant authorities. I wish I had kept my old system instead of dealing with this company.

I'm being told everything is fine while the heating system clearly does not function properly. I've been waiting over ten weeks for an engineer, and the situation remains unresolved.
