Another Asian company with sharp business practices

Another Asian company with sharp business practices. Took my money for art supplies for my wife's birthday but didn't tell me they didn't have the product in stock at the time of purchase and then didn't inform me of that fact either until I chased them 3 weeks later when they admitted they were out of stock and would be several weeks to wait. Had to chase twice for a refund which they say they have 'processed' but will take 10 days to arrive - if it ever does. On principle I will never use them again and suggest you don't either. Fuumuui, if you're reading this: don't take money for goods you don't have in stock, it's dishonest plain and simple!
