I've made three purchases from this company. Pleased with the first two (a set of brushes and metallic paints). The metallic paint set took a very long time to arrive, but is lovely.

I'm not pleased with my 3rd order for opaque water colour. The ads at time of order show them in a study plastic box with a hinge and mixing tray. They came in a flimsy tin with a separate lid which won't work as a mixing palette. The paints look nice, but the container ruins it.

Really feeling let down. I've contacted the company to ask how to get a refund and, with regret, won't be buying again from Fuumuui.

Brushes don’t arrive. Feels like a scam

I placed an order on 15 February. 10 days later no sign of them arriving and no response from customer service when I queried why they haven’t been shipped yet. It’s looking like a scam at the moment. I’ve just messaged them a second time but don’t have much hope now.

Ordered some paintbrushes 3 weeks ago…

Ordered some paintbrushes 3 weeks ago but when I put the order number into the 'track your order' field, it doesn't recognise it. Update... They finally arrived and I've tried them today. Happy with the result but I think they need to sort out their tracking process.

The quality is great

I have received their products and the quality is great. I have placed orders for their products many times. Most of the creative new products seem to be in short supply due to large orders, but everything is worth the wait because the quality and price are really great. I like it very much. I can understand that they do not have a large stock of a new product and need to be verified by the market.

Came quickly during christmas holiday!

It took a week during the holiday to receive my order, which I thought was fast. I read the reviews after I ordered, and for a minute I was a bit discouraged. Thank you Fuumuui The watercolors are beautiful 😍 Now I will order more. Love the brushes. Prices are good 👍

Liars!

I bought "Watercolor Travel Brushes with Leather Bag". The order took a while to arrive. The brushes look fine but the case is NOT leather. When I complained fuumuui.com asked for a photo of the case. I sent the photo 3 weeks ago and have never heard from them again. False advertising and no customer service. Never again.

Another Asian company with sharp business practices

Another Asian company with sharp business practices. Took my money for art supplies for my wife's birthday but didn't tell me they didn't have the product in stock at the time of purchase and then didn't inform me of that fact either until I chased them 3 weeks later when they admitted they were out of stock and would be several weeks to wait. Had to chase twice for a refund which they say they have 'processed' but will take 10 days to arrive - if it ever does. On principle I will never use them again and suggest you don't either. Fuumuui, if you're reading this: don't take money for goods you don't have in stock, it's dishonest plain and simple!
