My simple travel delay claim took about two months to receive a response, despite multiple follow-ups. Each time, they promised to get back to me within 14 days, only to repeat the same message after the deadline passed.The most frustrating part? They denied my claim because my delay was 5 hours 57 minutes just three minutes short of the six-hour requirement. In contrast, when I purchased MSIG travel insurance, the claims process was smooth and hassle-free.I highly recommend avoiding FWD travel insurance. Don't make the mistake I did!
