I am so disappointed in my shopping experience with FWRD. I visit this website a ton of times looking for my next purchase after only shopping with them once before.Long story short, I purchased an item and my order was put on hold due to some absurd verification process. Mind you, this is AFTER they had already debited my account of almost $400! Customer service team was decent. However, Risk Management was the actual headache of it all… I do understand needing to take certain security measures. However, this was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever encountered. Luckily for them, I’ve wanted this item for months and this is the exception but I will hesitate spending my hard earned money with them ever again! Just an FYI, purchase via PayPal only to avoid the drama they cause.
