From my experience in the broker world (20+ years), I have never seen anything like this. I am close to multiple PAMM owners worldwide, including two on FXLevels, and here’s how withdrawals should work:
1) The investor requests a withdrawal from the PAMM.
2) The PAMM master approves it.
3) Funds are transferred to the investor’s personal account.
4) After that, the PAMM master has no further role, and the broker/platform (FXLevels) is fully responsible for processing the withdrawal.
In my experience, FXLevels did not release my funds, even though they were approved by the PAMM master, and kept full control. This is extremely concerning! I am still waiting for my withdrawal after several months.
Important: As far as I know, FXLevels is not regulated and Saint Lucia does not provide investor protection. This means your funds are at risk if the broker does not process withdrawals.
If you are affected, here’s my advice:
- Paid via Visa: contact your card issuer to request a chargeback and investigation.
- Paid via bank transfer: contact your bank to initiate a dispute.
I am sharing this to make others aware and to help ensure FXLevels does not harm more investors.
